🏁 RUNNER FREAK FAQ

This page answers the most common questions about RunnerFreak.com, Parking Spots, Garages, StoryDrive™, video placement and using the website.

Runner Freak is part of the Freak Sites network. For legal details, the current Freak Sites Terms, policies and applicable product descriptions control.

🧭 WHAT IS RUNNERFREAK.COM?

RunnerFreak.com is a running publishing and advertising platform built around runners, races, businesses, products, videos, events and stories from the running world.

It is a place to document, promote and share things connected to running without depending entirely on a disappearing social-media feed.

The individual pages published inside RunnerFreak.com are called Parking Spots.

🏃 WHAT IS A PARKING SPOT?

A Parking Spot is a full-page multimedia post inside RunnerFreak.com.

Depending on the subject and category, it may include:

  • Up to 25 photographs
  • Up to approximately 14,000 characters
  • Up to two supported embedded videos
  • Your race story, advertisement or presentation
  • Race, runner, business, product or event information
  • Prices, offers or calls to action where applicable
  • Contact information
  • Website and social links
  • A public view counter
  • A dedicated page and shareable URL

The Parking Spot is the page.

What you build inside it depends on what you are parking.

💵 HOW MUCH DOES A PARKING SPOT COST?

One standard Parking Spot costs $7.

  • No subscription
  • No scheduled renewal charges
  • No automatic expiration

You purchase another $7 Parking Spot whenever you have another running-related subject worth parking.

Continued publication remains subject to current Freak Sites Terms, RunnerFreak.com content standards, technical requirements and applicable policies.

🏁 HOW DO I CREATE A PARKING SPOT?

  1. Create your RunnerFreak.com account.
  2. Select the $7 Parking Spot package.
  3. Choose the appropriate category.
  4. Add your photographs, writing, details, videos, links and contact information.
  5. Complete the current purchase and publishing process.
  6. Keep the page accurate and update it when something changes.

Parking Spots publish immediately. They are not individually pre-approved before going live.

If a Parking Spot later does not fit the Runner Freak model, content standards or current policies, Runner Freak may request changes or remove the Parking Spot.

🏅 WHAT CAN I FEATURE?

A Parking Spot may be used to:

  • Tell the story of a marathon, half marathon, 5K, 10K, ultra or other race
  • Document a training journey or personal milestone
  • Feature a runner, walker, coach or race director
  • Promote a race, running club or event
  • Promote a running-related business, product or service
  • Review shoes, gear or other running products
  • Feature a trail, route or running destination
  • Share a video, podcast, review or opinion
  • Tell a worthwhile story connected to running

The subject simply needs a legitimate connection to the running world.

👟 DOES IT HAVE TO BE ABOUT A RACE?

No.

Runner Freak is about the entire running world.

Races, training, runners, walking, clubs, gear, businesses, services, trails, travel, videos, stories and other legitimate running-related subjects can fit here.

If runners would reasonably care about it, there is probably somewhere to park it.

💰 DO I HAVE TO BE SELLING SOMETHING?

No.

A Parking Spot can be an advertisement, but it can also be a race story, training journal, runner profile, review, event page, video feature or personal running archive.

📸 HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS CAN I ADD?

You may currently add up to 25 photographs to a Parking Spot.

You must own the photographs, have permission to use them or have another lawful basis for publishing them.

A photograph being visible on the internet does not automatically make it free to copy.

🎥 CAN I INCLUDE VIDEOS?

Yes. A Parking Spot may currently contain up to two supported embedded videos.

You may embed your own video or another relevant publicly available video when the use is lawful and permitted by the originating platform.

The original uploader and video platform continue to control the hosted video. It may stop displaying if it is removed, restricted or changed.

🤖 CAN I USE AI TO HELP WRITE MY PARKING SPOT?

Yes.

AI may help organize information, develop a headline, structure a race story or create a first draft.

You remain responsible for the final content.

Verify race times, dates, distances, products, offers and other important facts before publishing.

AI can help write the story. It does not get to shave twenty minutes off your marathon time because it thought the story sounded better that way.

🛠 CAN I CREATE A STORY ABOUT A RACE, RUNNER OR EVENT I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH?

Yes. You may create lawful editorial, documentary, photographic, review or storytelling content about a race, runner or event you do not own or operate.

You must not falsely claim an affiliation, impersonate another person or organization, improperly publish private information or unlawfully copy photographs, writing or other content.

✏️ CAN I EDIT MY PARKING SPOT?

Yes. You may return to your account and update an active Parking Spot through the available editing system.

Update it when race information, results, availability, prices, offers, contact information or other material facts change.

🔄 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE RACE OR EVENT IS OVER?

Update the Parking Spot.

Add the results, photographs, video and what actually happened.

A race being over does not mean its story has to disappear.

The race can end. The Parking Spot does not necessarily have to.

🏠 WHAT IS MY GARAGE?

Your public RunnerFreak.com profile functions as your Garage.

One Parking Spot may be all you need. Multiple Parking Spots can gradually become a race archive, running portfolio, club presence, business showcase or running Channel.

Park one race or park your entire running life.

📬 HOW DO VISITORS CONTACT A PUBLISHER OR ADVERTISER?

Visitors may use the available RunnerFreak.com messaging system or the contact information provided inside the Parking Spot or Garage profile.

Publish only the contact information you are comfortable making available.

⚡ WHAT IS STORYDRIVE™?

StoryDrive™ is an optional distribution service for an active RunnerFreak.com Parking Spot approved for StoryDrive™ promotion.

The Parking Spot publishes it.
StoryDrive™ moves it.

The current StoryDrive™ 1000 product works to increase the selected Parking Spot’s public counter by 1,000 additional recorded views from the campaign’s documented starting number.

StoryDrive™ 1000 currently costs $299 and allows up to 12 months for delivery.

Recorded views are not represented as 1,000 unique visitors.

If the complete 1,000-view increase is not delivered within 12 months, the customer receives a StoryDrive™ make-good for the exact number of undelivered views under the current StoryDrive™ Terms. The remaining views may be applied to the same eligible Parking Spot or one other approved Parking Spot, and the make-good must be activated within 12 months of issuance.

StoryDrive™ does not guarantee race registrations, customers, sales, commissions, search rankings or financial results.

🎬 WHAT IS THE VIDEO SPOTLIGHT?

The Runner Freak Video Spotlight is an optional $99 video-placement service.

You submit one finished, approved 3–5 minute running-related video.

The same underlying video is published on @FreakSites on YouTube and Rumble, with both placements linking back to your active RunnerFreak.com Parking Spot.

The service provides approved publication and placement. It does not guarantee video views, subscribers, registrations, inquiries, sales or income.

📣 DOES MY $7 PARKING SPOT INCLUDE PROMOTION?

The $7 purchase provides the standard Parking Spot and its current publishing features.

It does not guarantee a particular number of views or include a guaranteed promotional campaign.

You may promote the dedicated URL yourself. StoryDrive™ and the Video Spotlight are optional separate services.

🎯 DOES RUNNERFREAK.COM GUARANTEE RESULTS?

No.

A standard Parking Spot does not guarantee views, race registrations, inquiries, customers, product sales, search rankings, commissions or income.

💬 CAN PEOPLE LEAVE PUBLIC COMMENTS?

Public comments may not be enabled on individual Parking Spots.

This keeps the page focused on the subject, presentation and legitimate inquiries rather than turning it into another social-media argument.

❤️ WHAT ARE FAVORITES?

Favorites allow registered users to save Parking Spots and return to them later.

A user may save a race, runner, product, business, video or story they want to revisit.

🤝 DOES RUNNER FREAK HAVE AN AFFILIATE PROGRAM?

Yes. The Runner Freak Affiliate Program is free to apply for. Approval is required and participation remains subject to the current Affiliate Terms.

You do not need to be a race director, own a running business or purchase a Parking Spot merely to apply. Purchasing a Parking Spot does not automatically enroll you.

Commission rates, eligible products, tracking, attribution, payout requirements and other program rules are explained separately and may change. Affiliate participation does not guarantee commissions or income.
